Saar: Israel stands in solidarity with terrorism victims worldwide
Jerusalem, March 11 (Hibya) – Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar commemorated the victims of the terrorist attacks carried out on March 11, 2004, at Madrid’s central train station (Atocha).
Minister Saar recalled that more than 200 people were killed in the Atocha station attacks in Madrid on March 11, 2004, stating: "The attacks were carried out by Islamists linked to Al-Qaeda".
Saar emphasized that Israel stands in solidarity with terrorism victims in Spain, Europe, and around the world, declaring: "Now, more than ever, it is vital to remember what happened and unite our forces to fight jihadists who seek to destroy the shared values and way of life of Israel and Europe".
