Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov met with the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Cyprus, Konstantinos Kombos, in Tashkent.

Stating that the focus was on deepening bilateral economic cooperation, Saidov said, “During our meeting, we discussed the development of relations between Uzbekistan and Cyprus. We placed special emphasis on expanding trade and investment, transportation and logistics, business connections, and the implementation of joint ventures.”

Minister Saidov also noted that they touched upon global and regional developments, saying, “We also reviewed current issues of regional and international importance.”
