Sandu: Ukraine continues its search for peace
Chișinău, December 30 (Hibya) – Moldovan President Maia Sandu said that Ukraine is defending itself and continues its search for peace by participating in good faith in the U.S.-mediated peace plan.
President Sandu stated that Russia has invaded Ukraine, emphasizing that Ukraine is defending itself and continues its pursuit of peace by participating in good faith in the peace plan mediated by the United States.
Sandu said that Russia, while sabotaging peace talks with “baseless” claims, is bombing civilians and depriving them of electricity and heating, adding: “This is not the conduct of a country that wants peace.”
