Schoof: Achieving peace in Ukraine is extremely important
Amsterdam, August 10 (Hibya) – Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof stated that achieving a just and sustainable peace in Ukraine is extremely important.
Prime Minister Schoof said that the Netherlands welcomes the positive steps taken by the United States this week in efforts to reach a ceasefire.
He noted that they support the statement of their close allies, adding: “Achieving a just and sustainable peace in Ukraine is extremely important. Therefore, Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity are non-negotiable and must be respected. Ukraine must determine its own future. The Netherlands stands shoulder to shoulder with its friend.”
