Damascus, July 16 (Hibya) – The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan Shaibani attended the first meeting of the Syria-Germany Joint Committee.

According to the ministry's statement, representatives from various sectors of both countries, particularly energy, economy, transport, finance and interior affairs, as well as officials from the central banks and civil aviation authorities, attended the meeting. Discussions focused on enhancing cooperation between Syria and Germany.
