Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, while honoring the memory of those who lost their lives during the dark years of terrorism, drew attention to the meaning these tragedies carry for social unity.

Making a statement regarding the significance of the day, Tajani said, “On the anniversary of Aldo Moro’s assassination, we remember all victims of terrorism, innocent men and women who dedicated their lives to serving the state and democracy.”
