Tsahkna: How we use artificial intelligence matters
Tallinn, November 5 (Hibya) – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna met with Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Secretary-General Mathias Cormann during the Tallinn Summit 2026. The meeting addressed cooperation in education and innovation, support for Ukraine, and the use of artificial intelligence in public services and business.

Commenting on the meeting, Tsahkna said, "We discussed our cooperation in education and innovation, support for Ukraine, and the adoption of artificial intelligence in public services and business."
Noting that Estonia is a pioneer in digital government, Tsahkna emphasized that the country now aims to achieve similar success in artificial intelligence. "What matters is not the technology itself, but how we use it," he said. Tsahkna also noted that the Tallinn Summit 2026 had gotten off to a good start.
