Tsahkna: Our isolation of Russia must not stop for even a moment
Tallinn, July 19 (Hibya) – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna condemned Russia's latest major air attack on Kyiv and called for efforts to isolate Moscow to continue without interruption.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna stated that Russia carried out one of its largest air attacks on Kyiv since the beginning of the full-scale invasion last night, launching 40 ballistic missiles at residential buildings, shopping centers, and public transport stops.
Referring to the civilian casualties caused by the attack, Tsahkna said, "At least one person was killed and many more were injured. Russia's brutality continues to have a devastating impact on civilians." Stating that the human toll has reached staggering proportions after five years of full-scale war, Tsahkna emphasized that the world cannot remain indifferent to this situation.
Stressing that those responsible must be punished, Tsahkna said, "Those responsible for these crimes must be held accountable in the strongest possible terms."
Pointing to the reason behind Moscow's policy of terror, Tsahkna concluded his remarks by saying, "Moscow resorts to terror when it knows that strategic gains are slipping from its grasp through other means. This is precisely why our isolation of Russia must not stop for even a moment."
