Tsahkna: Ukraine and Moldova's EU accession process should be accelerated
Tallinn, July 14 (Hibya) – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said that opening Chapter 6 of the EU accession negotiations for Ukraine and Moldova is an important step, calling for the remaining negotiation chapters to be opened without delay.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna shared his assessment of the European Union's enlargement process.
Tsahkna said that opening Chapter 6 of the accession negotiations for Ukraine and Moldova would bring both countries closer to European Union membership through reforms.
Emphasizing that every step in the EU's enlargement makes Europe stronger, Tsahkna said the remaining negotiation chapters should also be opened without delay.
