Tusk: Polish people stand with the Ukrainian people
Warsaw, August 24 (Hibya) - Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said they stand in solidarity with the Ukrainian people fighting for independence on Ukraine’s Independence Day.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk issued a statement on the occasion of Ukraine’s Independence Day.
Tusk said Poles know what it means to pay the highest price for independence. Stating that they understand the meaning of the phrase "For your freedom and ours," Tusk emphasized that the Polish people stand today, on Ukraine’s Independence Day, with the Ukrainian people fighting for freedom.
