Ukrainian drone attacks targeted oil refinery and factory in Tatarstan

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov confirmed that there were drone attacks "on businesses in Yelabuga and Nizhnekamsk" and stated that there was no serious damage or interruption to industrial production.
In the Yelabuga region of Tatarstan, two drones targeted a facility established for the assembly of Shahed drones. According to independent Russian media reports, Russia had hired local students to help assemble unmanned aerial vehicles.
Minnikhanov said that many people were injured in the attacks on the drone factory in Yelabuga.
