UNRWA: Fuel entry to Gaza has been blocked for over 100 days
New York, June 16 (Hibya) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) reported that Israeli authorities have been blocking fuel entry to Gaza for over 100 days.
In a statement, UNRWA said that Israeli authorities have blocked fuel entry to Gaza for more than 100 days.
The statement warned that this situation risks a complete halt of humanitarian operations, adding:
“Health, water, food, and communications are all at risk. Humanitarian operations cannot function without fuel. Without fuel, lives will be lost. The blockade must be lifted.”
