The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees highlighted the scale of destruction in the Gaza Strip, stating:
"Homes, schools, hospitals, and infrastructure have become rubble. About 190 UNRWA facilities have been affected. At least 520 displaced people sheltering in our buildings have been killed."
