US condemns human rights violations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
Washington, July 10 (Hibya)—US State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller said the United States condemns human rights violations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
US State Department Spokesperson Miller stated that the US shares the concerns expressed in the final report of the United Nations Group of Experts on the Democratic Republic of the Congo, adding:
"We condemn human rights violations and continue to support regional diplomatic efforts to create conditions for lasting peace in the DRC."
