Ankara, July 1 (Hibya) - The U.S. Embassy in Türkiye announced that the agenda for the 2026 summit to be held in Ankara was discussed during this week's USNATO Huddle meeting with the Permanent Representative to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

According to the statement, the summit will, for the first time, comprehensively assess the progress made by Allied countries under the 5 percent defense spending commitment agreed in The Hague and examine how that commitment is being translated into concrete capabilities.
