Berlin, April 8 (Hibya) – German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul welcomed the agreement reached by the parties in the Iran conflict on a ceasefire, emphasizing that this process is a critical step toward lasting peace.
German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul made assessments regarding the ceasefire agreement reached between the conflicting parties.
Describing the development as a positive step, Wadephul said: “Finally, good news in politics! I welcome the agreement reached by the parties fighting in the Iran conflict on a ceasefire.”
Thanking those who contributed to the process, Wadephul stated: “We extend our thanks to everyone who supported this agreement, especially Pakistan. This should be the most important first step on the path to lasting peace, because the consequences of continuing the war would be immeasurable.”
