Yeşilgöz-Zegerius: 248 million euro UAV investment to Ukraine
The Hague, April 15 (Hibya) – The Netherlands announced it will invest 248 million euros in unmanned aerial vehicles for Ukraine. It was stated that the UAVs will be produced in both countries.
Dutch Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius announced that 248 million euros will be invested in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) as part of a new defense support package for Ukraine.
The statement noted that the UAVs will be produced in both the Netherlands and Ukraine, and that this step will strengthen defense industry cooperation between the two countries.
Yeşilgöz-Zegerius emphasized that the investment will also support the Netherlands’ domestic defense industry and contribute to Ukraine’s defense capacity against Russian attacks.
