Zakharova: Accusations in the Arctic are groundless
Moldova, February 18 (Hibya) - Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that attempts to accuse Russia regarding Arctic issues are completely groundless and emphasized that the stable development of the Arctic is Russia’s legitimate right.
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Zakharova made statements regarding the Arctic.
Zakharova said, “Anyone with even the slightest knowledge of Arctic issues knows that attempts to accuse Russia of provoking tensions in the North are completely groundless.”
The spokesperson also noted that the stable development of the Russian Arctic region is an inalienable and legitimate right of the country.
