Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Zelensky stated that, in addition to Russian attacks, shortcomings in implementing the Kyiv administration's decisions on preparations for the heating season had worsened the current situation. Noting that residents and businesses in the capital were facing prolonged electricity and water outages, Zelensky said the government had allocated additional resources to accelerate repairs and provide the necessary equipment.

Zelensky reported that the latest situation in the Dnipro, Kharkiv, Poltava, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Odesa, Zhytomyr, Sumy and Kyiv regions had also been reviewed. He said discussions had been held with public and private energy companies on deploying additional teams and speeding up repair work. He also noted that Ukraine's Prime Minister had announced the launch of a program providing additional monthly payments to energy workers, municipal utility personnel, railway workers and employees at water treatment and supply facilities.

Zelensky said relevant units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had also been involved in repairing energy networks and facilities. He added that he had received updates on air defense operations and efforts to counter unmanned aerial vehicles. Stating that preparations were continuing to secure additional ammunition for F-16 fighter jets, Zelensky said the necessary agreements had been reached with partners.

Concluding his statement, Zelensky said, "I thank everyone who works day and night and does truly EVERYTHING POSSIBLE for our people."
