Ukrainian President Zelensky said that Russia gained almost another week after the talks in Jeddah and the US ceasefire proposal on the front line.

He emphasized that they will do everything to strengthen diplomacy: "We will do everything to make diplomacy effective. But now, every day is about defending our independence, our state, and our people. We must not forget that everything depends on the support of our army, all security and defense forces, and the state."

Zelensky thanked everyone who does not forget that defending Ukraine and its resilience is the most important thing, and said:

"I am grateful to all Ukrainian soldiers, to all our units. We must not forget that as long as the occupiers are on our land and air raid sirens sound, we must defend Ukraine."
