Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, attended the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Foreign Ministers' Coordination Meeting held on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

According to a statement by Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the foreign ministers of GCC member states took part in the meeting held in New York.

The meeting discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and joint coordination among GCC countries. The latest developments in the region were also reviewed, and diplomatic efforts and joint coordination aimed at de-escalating tensions and establishing security and stability were discussed.
