Mixed performance in US markets
Istanbul, September 21 (Hibya) - The main indices on US stock exchanges ended the latest trading day with mixed movements.
The main indices in United States markets closed the day in different directions.
The Dow Jones index fell 0.18 percent to 51.682,64 points. The S&P 500 index rose 0.17 percent to 7.650,50 points, while the Nasdaq index increased 0.39 percent to 26.522,55 points. The technology-focused Nasdaq 100 ended the day up 0.67 percent at 29.644,17 points, while the Small Cap 2000 index fell 0.50 percent to 2.860,40 points. The S&P 500 VIX index, which measures volatility, declined 4.08 percent to 14,81.
