Arakchi: We are writing a new chapter with our three-thousand-year tradition of protection
Tehran, March 21 (Hibya) - Iranian Foreign Minister Seyid Abbas Arakchi said in a message marking Eid al-Fitr and Nowruz that the country will continue to protect itself against external threats with its ancient civilizational heritage.
Iranian Foreign Minister Seyid Abbas Arakchi issued a congratulatory message on the occasion of the overlap of Nowruz and Eid al-Fitr.
In his message, Arakchi referred to the current security situation in the country and its historical roots.
Noting that the people are going through a difficult period, Arakchi said: “While my people are facing reckless attacks, I wish a happy holiday to everyone celebrating Eid al-Fitr and Nowruz.”
Emphasizing the historical depth of Iran’s defensive resolve, the minister stated: “Our ancient civilization has a three-thousand-year history of protecting Iranians and the region against external threats.”
Stating that the current struggle represents historical continuity, Arakchi added: “We are now writing a new chapter of that story.”
