Budrys congratulated on German Unity Day
Vilnius, October 3 (Hibya) – Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys issued a statement on the occasion of German Unity Day.
Lithuanian Foreign Minister Budrys extended his congratulations to his German counterpart Johann Wadephul and to the entire German people on German Unity Day.
Budrys stressed that Lithuania and Germany are bound by a deep and unwavering commitment to defending freedom, embracing the principles of European unity, and working hand in hand for a safer and more prosperous continent, stating:
“We deeply value Germany’s friendship and its steadfast contribution to the security of Lithuania and our entire region. We stand together, for freedom and for a secure Europe.”
