Cassis: Vocational education has been integrated into the migration partnership
Abuja, March 25 (Hibya) – Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis examined on site the vocational education projects implemented by Swiss companies in Nigeria during his visit.
Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis made evaluations regarding the results of the implementation in Nigeria of Switzerland’s globally recognized vocational education model.
Minister Cassis visited Swiss-based companies Nestle and Bühler operating in Nigeria and spoke with vocational training students about their experiences.
Stating that Swiss companies are successfully implementing this model in Nigeria, Cassis emphasized its impact on local youth.
Expressing that vocational education is not only an employment project but also a diplomatic strategy, Cassis said: “Vocational education has been integrated into the migration partnership and is an important investment in Nigeria’s youth.”
