Chinese Communist Party International Department head Liu Haixing to visit Pakistan
Islamabad, November 1 (Hibya) - Liu Haixing, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China, will arrive in Islamabad today on his first official visit at the invitation of Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar. During the visit, the two officials will co-chair a high-level event on November 2.
Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement regarding the official visit of Liu Haixing, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China, to the country.
The statement said that Liu Haixing would arrive in Islamabad on November 1, 2026, on his first official visit at the invitation of Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister.
During the visit, Liu Haixing is expected to meet with Pakistani officials and co-chair a high-level event on November 2 alongside Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
The statement noted that the visit is part of ongoing high-level and inter-party exchanges between Pakistan and China, reflecting the two countries' shared commitment to strengthening their "All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership."
