Congressional Space Medal awarded to Artemis 2 crew
Washington, August 29 (Hibya) - The four crew members of the Artemis 2 mission were awarded the Congressional Space Medal by U.S. President Donald J. Trump for their historic and record-breaking mission around the Moon.
The U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announced that the four crew members of the Artemis 2 mission had been honored with the Congressional Space Medal.
According to NASA's statement, the medals were presented by U.S. President Donald J. Trump at a ceremony held at NASA's Johnson Space Center.
The Artemis 2 crew received the award in recognition of their historic and record-breaking mission around the Moon.
