Cooperation agreement between Syrian Foreign Ministry and Aga Khan Development Network
Damascus, April 28 (Hibya) – Syria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates signed a memorandum of understanding with the Aga Khan Development Network to regulate cooperation, aiming to strengthen coordination in development and reconstruction processes.
A new step in cooperation was taken between the Aga Khan Development Network and Syria.
The Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Qutayba Qadish, signed the memorandum of understanding with the resident representative of the Aga Khan Network in Syria, Ghatafan Ajoub.
It was stated that the agreement aims to regulate the work of organizations affiliated with the Aga Khan Network with national institutions and to consolidate coordination under a single framework.
It was also reported that the goal is to align development projects with the country’s reconstruction and recovery process and to enhance their effectiveness.
