Commenting on the visit, Miliband stated: "As a result of Putin's barbaric war of terror against the Ukrainian people, 22 innocent people, including five children, lost their lives here."
Emphasizing that they would continue to support the Ukrainian people, Miliband said: "My message was clear: We will stand with the Ukrainian people for as long as necessary."
