In a post on his social media account, Costa said, “Multilateralism is not an act of idealism; it is a practical necessity in today's world.”
Costa said his message was published in the Financial Times and drew attention to the article co-authored with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and Kenyan President William Ruto.
