Costa: We must continue supporting Ukraine and increase pressure on Russia
Brussels, October 16 (Hibya) - European Council President Antonio Costa met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the second day of the European Union Summit, emphasizing the need to maintain political, financial and military support for Ukraine.
European Council President Antonio Costa stated that the European Union has stood by Ukraine and its people since the first day of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
Costa said the European Union remains committed to providing political, financial and military support to Ukraine, stressing that at this stage, support must continue, pressure on Russia must be increased, and progress must be made in Ukraine's accession process to the European Union.
