Tonga, August 2 (Hibya) - A magnitude 5.0 earthquake struck Tonga.

According to data from the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the earthquake occurred at 18:35 at a depth of 10.0 kilometers.

The earthquake was measured at magnitude 5.0.
