Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The European Parliament adopted a new decision aimed at strengthening the fight against corruption across the EU.

The regulation, adopted with 581 votes, introduces common definitions for corruption-related crimes and foresees the harmonization of sanctions.

Within the scope of the decision, cooperation between member states and institutions such as the European Anti-Fraud Office, the European Public Prosecutor’s Office, Europol, and Eurojust will be enhanced.

Additionally, member states will be required to prepare national anti-corruption strategies, conduct risk analyses, and establish independent oversight mechanisms.
