Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

According to CCTV, the intense heatwave affecting many states in Brazil in recent days has negatively impacted daily life, while local administrations have issued consecutive weather alerts. Temperatures in southeastern regions, particularly Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais, reportedly reached record levels, with thermometers in Rio de Janeiro registering 40.8 degrees Celsius.

Authorities urged citizens to avoid prolonged outdoor exposure and to consume sufficient fluids, while hospitals reported an increase in dehydration cases. Experts warn that rising water temperatures in the Pacific Ocean could lead to more frequent heatwaves in Brazil this year.

Assessments by Brazil’s National Center for Monitoring and Early Warning of Natural Disasters (CEMADEN) indicated that the Pacific is expected to be warmer in the second half of the year, which could result in more heatwaves in 2026 compared to last year.
