IDF: Sniper neutralized in northern Gaza
Jerusalem, August 11 (Hibya) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that a sniper, whom it identified as a Hamas member, was neutralized near the Yellow Line in the northern Gaza Strip.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that a sniper, whom it identified as a Hamas member, was detected near the Yellow Line area where its forces are operating in the northern Gaza Strip.
In a statement, the IDF said that after the sniper was assessed as posing an immediate threat, forces in the area opened fire and struck the target.
The statement said that IDF forces under the Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue their activities to eliminate immediate threats.
