Israel issues second order telling Lebanese citizens to leave their villages
Stockholm, October 2 (Hibya) - The Israeli army has issued another message telling residents of more than 20 Lebanese villages to flee their homes to avoid being attacked.
The message from Avichay Adraee, head of the IDF Spokesperson's Department for Arab media, says, "the IDF does not intend to harm you" but claims that "Hezbollah's activities are forcing the IDF to take forceful action against it" and urges people in the listed villages to "save their lives" by moving and not to go south.
"Anyone who is near Hezbollah elements, facilities and combat equipment is risking their lives. Any house used by Hezbollah for its military needs is expected to be targeted. Evacuate your homes immediately. Be careful; you should not go south. Any movement south could put you in danger," Adraee wrote in his message.
The message ends by telling Lebanese citizens, "We will let you know when it is safe to return home."
