Israeli army continues operations in Gaza Strip
Jerusalem, April 14 (Hibya) – The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that the army is continuing its operations in the Gaza Strip, targeting rocket launch sites and weapons production facilities.
In a statement by the IDF, it was reported that the Israeli army continues its operations in the Gaza Strip.
The statement noted that an underground tunnel hundreds of meters long was destroyed in Rafah and that the Air Force struck rocket launch and weapons production facilities.
“During an operation by the 252nd Division in the northern Gaza Strip, a terrorist ambush was identified nearby. In cooperation with the Air Force Command, a plane neutralized the terrorists. Units of the 36th Division detected numerous weapons depots and tunnels used by terrorist organizations in Rafah and along the ‘Moraj’ axis in the last 24 hours.”
The statement also added that fighter jets of the Air Force, under the command of the Intelligence Unit, Southern Command, and Shin Bet, bombed around 35 targets in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours.
