Jerusalem, July 17 (Hibya) - Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that he visited a large tunnel recently discovered in Gaza's Shuja'iyya neighborhood.

In a post about the inspection he conducted together with Southern Command chief Major General Yaniv Asor, Katz said that the "Until the Last Tunnel" operation aimed at destroying tunnels in Gaza is continuing.
Katz stated that Shuja'iyya has been largely destroyed, that the Israeli military is operating in the area as it is in many parts of Gaza, and that the tunnel extending to Nahal Oz is currently being demolished.
