The ministry stated that a newly revealed document, reportedly written by Yahya Sinwar, exposes not only the plan for the attack on Israel but also the propaganda strategy prepared to justify and promote the attack.
The post said: "Mass murder and terrorism were planned. Propaganda was a weapon from day one."
