Saar said: "I emphasized that the current efforts by France and others to recognize a virtual 'Palestinian state' weaken the chances of reaching a bilateral agreement in the future." He stressed that dialogue with Japan has always been very important to them, adding that he had recently invited his counterpart to visit Israel.
