Jetten: The Netherlands and Australia are strengthening their strategic partnership
New York, September 23 (Hibya) - Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten announced that, on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, he and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese approved the strategic partnership agreement between the two countries.

Jetten said, “The Netherlands and Australia will cooperate more closely. At the UN General Assembly, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and I approved the strategic partnership between the Netherlands and Australia. In this way, we are taking our relations to a higher level.”
Stating that the two countries will strengthen cooperation in the areas of trade, climate, energy and security, Jetten said, “We are also acting together to support Ukraine and defend the multilateral system.”
Jetten said that this cooperation is necessary in a world where Europe and the Indo-Pacific are becoming increasingly interconnected.
