Kallas: I call for a swift, independent international investigation
Brussels, December 28 (Hibya) – The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, said that reports suggesting an Azerbaijan Airlines plane may have been downed by Russian fire painfully recall MH17.
