According to CCTV, in a statement marking Labor Day and Teachers’ Day, Khamenei said Iran has demonstrated its strength in the military field and added that it “must also defeat them in economic and cultural wars.”

Khamenei described teachers and workers as the most effective elements in this process, stating that they are the “pillars” of the economic and cultural spheres. He also emphasized the need to prioritize the consumption of domestic products.

Meanwhile, the naval forces of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that new arrangements would be implemented in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz in line with Khamenei’s directives. The statement noted that Iran aims to turn the region into a source of energy and revenue by leveraging its control over approximately 2,000 kilometers of coastline.
