Lahbib: Russia must be held accountable
Brussels, July 31 (Hibya) – European Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness, and Crisis Management Hadja Lahbib stated that civilians in Kyiv took shelter underground last night to escape the bombings.
Commissioner Lahbib made a statement regarding Russia's attack on Ukraine.
"The Russian war machine is committing massacres in Ukraine every day," said Lahbib, adding:
"Last night, civilians in Kyiv fled underground from the bombs. Homes were destroyed, innocent lives lost. This must end. Russia must be held accountable. The EU stands with Ukraine."
