Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

UK Deputy Prime Minister Lammy said that after 14 years of Conservative Party rule, the system is facing serious problems.

Emphasizing that the criminal justice system is on the brink of collapse, Lammy said: “Around 80,000 cases are in the backlog awaiting trial, and this number is expected to exceed 200,000 by 2035.”

Lammy stated that the case backlog is having serious effects on victims, families and defendants, noting that many people are waiting months or even years for justice.

Underlining that the Labour government will not allow working people to pay the price of a failed system, Lammy said: “The Courts Bill aims to fix a system that has long been left to fail.”
