Moscow, October 28 (Hibya) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdullatif Al Zayani discussed international efforts to reduce tensions in the region and restart the negotiation process between the United States and Iran during a telephone conversation.
