New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon noted that on the fourth anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, he came together with the leaders of the Coalition of the Willing.

Luxon said, “I have great admiration for the brave people of Ukraine—its soldiers fighting for freedom and its people enduring yet another winter under Russia’s abhorrent attacks on energy infrastructure.”

Luxon stated that New Zealand continues to provide training support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and added that they are also maintaining pressure on Russia’s economy by tightening the sanctions regime.
