French President Emmanuel Macron said that France is committed to the sovereignty and independence of nations in Europe and other regions of the world. Macron also noted that they have decided to participate in the exercise organized by Denmark in Greenland.

Stating that "whether in Ukraine, Greenland, or anywhere else in the world, when we face such situations, no intimidation or threat will affect us," Macron emphasized that tariff threats are unacceptable and have no place in this context.

Macron said: "If these threats are confirmed, Europeans will respond in a united and coordinated manner. We will ensure the protection of European sovereignty. With this understanding, I will communicate with our European partners."
