Stating that the talents, determination and contributions of women are a decisive force for the development of the nation, Meloni said:
“We have been working in this direction for years. Some results are beginning to emerge. Among them is the fact that women's employment in Italy has reached the highest level ever recorded; this is an achievement of which I am particularly proud.
There is still a long way to go, but the goal is clear: to remove obstacles, ensure equal opportunities and allow every woman to fully express her value.”
