Merz Congratulates Türeci and Şahin on Receiving the German National Award
Berlin, June 10 (Hibya) - German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said it was an honor for him to present the German National Award to BioNTech co-founders Dr. Özlem Türeci and Prof. Dr. Uğur Şahin.
German Chancellor Merz highlighted that Türeci and Şahin, as scientists and entrepreneurs who place responsibility at the heart of everything they do, represent the future strength of a free society.
